Fruit Smoothies – Fruit smoothies made with soy or rice milk, or ice and fresh fruits.  For a dairy free option or if you are allergic to soy, try an apple, strawberry and blueberry smoothie with crushed ice and honey.


Bran cereal with bananas and rice milk (if you are allergic to soy).

 


Oatmeal - Many people use oatmeal externally for facial masks because of the nutrients and moisture it adds to your skin, but consuming oatmeal internally will allow its beneficial nutrients to work from the inside out!  Oatmeal is a healthy breakfast option while working towards clear skin and is just healthy to eat in general.  Oatmeal is high in Iron, Fiber and Protein and is low in fat.

To jazz it up a little bit and give different variations, you can add fresh fruits like bananas, berries and apples or other additives like raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, maple syrup or honey.
