Chicken Salad-for 4 servings
1 package chicken tenderloins
Mayonnaise – enough to cover chicken salad; about 5 Tablespoons – (May vary)
1 Celery Stalk – diced
1 box Raisins
3 Tablespoons Sweet Relish
¼ cup Red Onion
Sea Salt
Pepper (optional)



Cut raw chicken tenderloins into tiny cubed sized pieces. Season chicken pieces with sea salt (and pepper, optional). In a medium sized skillet, saute chicken pieces until done.
Set aside in a medium sized bowl and let the chicken pieces cool for about 5-10 minutes. Add mayonnaise, celery, raisins, sweet relish, and red onions.
Mix together.
